Disaster Recovery and, more importantly, Disaster Prevention is something Sensus3 takes very seriously. We are all well aware of the impact even a short period of downtime can have on businesses that depend on their IT Systems.
 
With this in mind we have developed several packages to protect against data loss and aid recovery of your Business Critical Systems and Data. As most people are aware the daily backup of the systems is a must. We will setup a new backup routine or ensure your existing routine is up to scratch and configure alerts and monitoring so we are aware of any failures or problems that may occur with the backup.

 

   Imaging

Sensus3 takes this a step further with a multi tiered backup plan. Daily tape backups we think are still a vital part of this plan. However technologies have advanced to offer ‘Image’ based backups also. Using these imaging applications we are able to take perfect snapshots of a system on a scheduled basis. 
 
These are written to local disk storage, an external disk or offline media. Should a system failure occur, be it hardware or an unrecoverable software fault, the most recent working image is restored to replacement or repaired hardware and the system is brought back into operation with the minimum downtime and service interruption.
 
Again these tasks are monitored and reported on to you for your peace of mind.
The daily tape backup continues to cover your company data and can be rapidly restored should a failure or accidental deletion take place.

 

    Exchange

We are experts in recovering Exchange 2000/2003. Sensus3 employ a multi tiered recovery plan to protect against data loss. We are confident we can recover even the most severe mail server crashes. This is achieved via 3rd party software as well as existing Microsoft tools and recovery procedures. 
Recovery can usually be achieved in a few hours provided the tools and backups are available.
 
We also offer several disaster recovery methods to protect against actual site damage and complete loss of access to your offices. We can design and implement an offsite replica of your live systems and have you back in business almost immediately should a fire or other disaster wipe out your systems.
